We offer substance abuse treatment, mental health counseling, and case management services to help you get your life back.
Often, anxiety, depression or trauma go along with alcohol/substance abuse, either before or after. Problems with basic needs, like food, housing or employment. We can provide a combination of services to help you be your best you.
Drug Screens
Drug Screens
We provide observed screens. Rapid screen results in about 5 minutes. Cost $40.
For our current clients, we can send screens to Aegis Laboratory who bills your insurance. Most policies cover this service. Lab results typically received within 4-7 days.
Substance Use Assessment and Treatment

We provide comprehensive assessments that meet requirements for Probation and Parole, courts, DCBS and other agencies.
Not everyone is the same. Not every situation is the same. We offer both individual treatment and group treatment with day, evening and weekend times to meet your scheduling needs.
Marijuana Expungement
Marijuana Expungement
Having a drug-related charge can limit access to jobs and housing. In order to have a marijuana-related charge expunged, most courts require completion of an education class. This class is designed to meet court requirements.
DUI Services
DUI Services
Kentucky law requires persons convicted of a DUI be assessed and then comply with treatment recommendations.
We provide state-approved assessments, state-approved 20-hour education class for first-time offenders who qualify, and long-term treatment options for persons who have more than one DUI in the past 10 years.
Targeted Case Management
Targeted Case Management
Case management services include a comprehensive needs assessment, assistance in identifying and accessing resources, and coordination of wrap-around services.
COST AND INSURANCE INFORMATION
We can bill your insurance for assessment and treatment services. We accept most private insurance, including BCBS, Aetna, Humana, UHC and many others. We also accept Medicare and Medicaid. Please refer to your health care plan for coverage information or contact us for help determining what you can expect to pay. Note: DUI class and Marijuana Expungement are considered education and not covered by insurance.
